Set inside the theatre, this is an immersive afternoon of storytelling, strategy, and live conversation: Teri walking through the book herself, a fireside chat with Tashara Parker, and an open Q&A with the room. Her Emmy-winning work on identity and equity in American workplaces sparked a national conversation and earned her the National CROWN Coalition Award for POWER. She is the founder and CEO of Loud Women Lead (LWL Media), a Black Enterprise 40 Under 40 honoree, TEDx speaker, and American Ambassador for World Afro Day.
Emmy Award-winning journalist and co-anchor of NBC 5 News at 10 in Dallas-Fort Worth, known for telling stories that inform, empower, and inspire. A graduate of Howard University and UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism, she has covered issues from mental health to affordable housing, earning recognition from the Associated Press and beyond. Beyond the anchor desk, Brittney is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and founder of Best Life Health Coaching.
