Tai made history as Seventeen Magazine's first Black and youngest Beauty and Fitness Director., has advised Fortune 500 companies, and as Co-Founder of Brown Girl Jane scaled the brand to $3.5M in revenue with retail partners including Sephora and Nordstrom. She is the Creator, Executive Producer, and Host of The Shift on BET, and founder of Morning Mindset with Tai.
Drs. Matthew and LaTasha Nesbitt (fondly known as Dr. Matt and Dr. Nes) are a modern power couple and published authors with over 20 years of ministry experience. In 2024 they founded Deeper Church LA., a church devoted to spiritual depth and community impact, and together they lead the Power Couple Network and COLLAB, mentoring leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives. Both earned their Ph.D.s from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and reside in Los Angeles County.
